Hi team, I’m Anton!
I have always had an immense love for all things health and fitness, and I now find great satisfaction in helping my clients reach their personal goals.
I aim to provide real results through long lasting nutritional habits and regular resistance training. With a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Queensland, I am equipped with the knowledge to deliver programming backed by science, as well as personalised nutrition plans with macronutrient targets which ultimately improves body composition so my clients can become the best versions of themselves.
Not everyone is lucky enough to get up for work each day knowing they have the opportunity to positively impact someone’s life and change it for the better. I can't wait to show you that with a bit of support, guidance and accountability, any health and fitness goal is possible!
